SURTRACK belt alignment rollers keep the belt conveyor in perfect alignment even at high speeds and heavy loads. It has a unique self-activating ‘Pivot’ mechanism which ‘Kicks-in’ immediately when there is any sign of belt running off-center steering the belt back in-line. SURTRACK tracking rollers have a rugged construction complete with lagging for enhanced traction, a complete dust and water proof design providing long service life. Heavy duty bearings enclosed in a dust and water proof centre hub, helps to withstand the punishing conditions of the application.

SURTRACK belt tracking rollers are available for carrying and return belt. SURTRACK belt trackers features a guide roller free design, hence avoid belt edge damages. Tracking rollers suitable for reversing belts are also available.
