The CONDOR – PD is a high performance secondary cleaner used singly or in multiples if necessary. It is recommended to be used in conjunction with a primary scraper for optimum performance. CONDOR-PD consist of multiple specially designed rubber base molded with Steel Blades with Tungsten Carbide tips. Rubber buffers maintain cleaning pressure of the belt surface while deflecting to allow splices to pass and allow for reversal of belt direction without damage to belt. Cleaning pressure is maintained by a self adjusting spring loaded tensioner. This cleaner is clip joint friendly and can be used in reversing belts also.
