GRATOR Trommel system is a complete package including design, manufacturing, and supply of trommel assembly, duly fabricated and installed with appropriate screening media along with dam/spiral as required. Trommel structure is subjected to stringent quality checks such as NDTs of weld joints, heat treatment, dynamic balancing, etc.

Panels and spares are available in the following options:

• Half blind or full blind panels.
• Self-Supported Panels (With or without runner bars).
• Perforated panels (Available in standard sizes of 305x305mm, 305x610mm, 1000mmx1500mm, and customised sizes).
• Panels with a straight profile and radius profiles.
• Dams/Spirals.
• Rubber and Polyurethane.
• The design ensures retrofit to the existing trommel frame. Trommel frame is duly rubber-lined or PU-coated.
